Kristin Herzog lives in the Washington, D.C. area, and enjoys doing both realistic and abstract work. As an undergraduate, Ms. Herzog studied drawing and painting at Sweet Briar College with Loren Oliver and took classes with Bauhaus artist Kurt Kranz in Hamburg, Germany. She has an MFA from George Washington University and additional graduate training at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She has also studied with Maryland artist Skip Lawrence, Washington, D.C. artist Robert Vander Zee, and at The Art League in Alexandria, VA with Susan Herron and Steven H. Fleming.
